……排ガス筒、９……燃焼空気導入筒、１４，１
４ａ……噴射孔、１５……燃焼部、１６……燃焼
筒、１７……外装筒、１８……バーナー、２２…
…横煙道、２３……第２処理装置、２６……加熱

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 燻瓦等の燻化過程を有する焼成炉の一方の煙突
    内に燻化過程で発生する熱分解ガスが導入される
    排ガス筒を配設せしめ、該排ガス筒の外周には燃
    焼空気が導入される燃焼空気導入筒を配設せしめ
    、排ガス筒の周面には燃焼空気導入筒に導入され
    た燃焼空気を排ガス筒内に噴射せしめる多数の噴
    射孔を貫設せしめて燃焼空気導入筒と排気筒にて
    燃焼空気混合筒を構成せしめ、該燃焼空気混合筒
    の上部には、燃焼空気導入筒の外周に嵌合せしめ
    る様にバーナーにて加熱作用される燃焼筒を形成
    せしめると共に、該燃焼筒の外周には所定間隔を
    有せしめる様にして外装筒を同心位置に一体的に
    配設せしめる燃焼部を着脱自在に配設せしめ、又
    他方の燻化過程を有する焼成炉の煙突と上記煙突
    とを横煙道にて連通せしめると共に、該横煙道に
    は加熱装置を有する第２処理装置を設けたことを
    特徴とする燻化焼成炉における熱分解ガスの処理
    装置。
