宅情報盤、ｌ……多重信号線、１……呼出制御回
路、２……呼出保持回路、３……呼出停止回路、
４……タイマー回路、５……呼出音入力回路、６
……制御回路部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 各住戸に設置される住宅情報盤を、管理人
    室などに設置される警報監視盤を介して多重信号
    線で接続して構成され、相互間で通話制御、セキ
    ユリテイ監視制御を行なうようにされた集合住宅
    用監視通話システムにおいて、 上記警報監視盤は各内部回路の制御処理を集中
    して行なう制御回路部を有し、上記住宅情報盤か
    らの呼出信号によつて駆動される呼出制御回路と
    、該呼出制御回路の制御信号を保持して呼出音入
    力回路により上記制御回路部に呼出信号を加える
    呼出保持回路と、上記警報監視盤のハンドセツト
    の取り上げに応じて駆動されて上記呼出保持回路
    の保持動作を遮断する呼出停止回路と、上記呼出
    保持回路によつて駆動され、所定の時間経過後に
    該呼出保持回路の保持動作を遮断するタイマー回
    路とを備えており、 上記住宅情報盤から上記警報監視盤の呼出しを
    行なつた場合、該住宅情報盤から出力される呼出
    信号によつて上記呼出制御回路が駆動されて上記
    呼出保持回路で呼出動作が保持され、上記呼出音
    入力回路により呼出音が継続して鳴動し、上記警
    報監視盤のハンドセツトを取り上げると上記呼出
    停止回路で呼出保持回路の保持動作が遮断されて
    呼出音の鳴動が停止される一方、 上記警報監視盤のハンドセツトが所定の時間取
    り上げられない場合には、上記タイマー回路によ
    つて上記呼出保持回路の保持動作が遮断されるま
    で呼出音の鳴動を継続する構成としたことを特徴
    とする、集合住宅用監視通話システム。 (2) 上記呼出制御回路、呼出保持回路、呼出停
    止回路およびタイマー回路がリレーを用いた構成
    とされており、上記呼出制御回路のリレーの駆動
    によつて閉じるリレー接点により上記呼出保持回
    路のリレーを駆動し、該リレーのリレー接点によ
    り自己保持動作を行なうと同時に、上記呼出音入
    力回路の制御および上記タイマー回路のタイマー
    リレーの駆動を行い、上記ハンドセツトの取り上
    げによる上記呼出停止回路のリレーの駆動あるい
    は上記タイマーリレーのタイムアツプにより、当
    該リレーのリレー接点によつて上記呼出保持回路
    のリレーの自己保持動作を遮断する構成としたこ
    とを特徴とする、請求項１記載の集合住宅用監視
    通話システム。
