Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 共同玄関側に設けたロビーインターホン、
    管理人室側に設けた警報監視盤との間で送受され
    る呼出信号を判別し、これら両者間との相互通話
    を可能にした住宅情報盤において、 警報監視盤からの呼出信号を記憶する記憶回路
    と、この記憶回路に上記呼出信号が記憶されてい
    る時にのみ管理呼出スイツチによる警報監視盤の
    呼出を可能にすると同時に、記憶した呼出信号を
    解除するようにした呼出制御回路を備えたことを
    特徴とする住宅情報盤。 (2) 上記呼出制御回路は、上記記憶回路の呼出
    信号記憶時に点灯保持されるメツセージランプを
    有しており、上記警報監視盤からの呼出に応答し
    てハンドセツトを取り上げた時には点灯保持され
    たメツセージランプを自動的に消灯させ、かつ上
    記メツセージランプが点灯保持されている時にの
    み管理呼出スイツチによる警報監視盤の呼出と上
    記点灯保持されたメツセージランプの消灯を可能
    にした構成にしたものである実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第(1)項記載の住宅情報盤。
