- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 管理人室などに設置される警報監視盤と、共同
玄関に設置される住戸呼出スイツチを有したロビ
ーインターホンと、火災センサーなどのセキユリ
テイーセンサーを接続した各住戸に設置される住
宅情報盤とを多重信号線によつて接続して構成さ
れ、相互通話、共同玄関の電気錠制御、セキユリ
テイー監視制御などを行なうようにされた集合住
宅用監視通話システムにおいて、 上記住宅情報盤は、住戸人の在、不在を設定で
きる在、不在設定スイツチを備えており、上記ロ
ビーインターホンは、システム内の各住戸に応じ
た留守メツセージを記憶させた音声合成回路を備
えており、上記ロビーインターホンの住戸呼出ス
イツチが操作された時には、上記音声合成回路を
作動して、その呼出された住戸の住宅情報盤の在
、不在設定スイツチの設定状態に応じた音声メツ
セージを出力させる構成とした集合住宅用監視通
話システム。
