Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 ドラム缶等容器用圧入形フランジ2の多角形
状外周縁3aを有する鍔3に平面よりみて円形の
上向き環状突部6を設けて、環状突部6とフラン
ジ2の筒部4との間にガスケツト収容間〓7を形
成し、このガスケツト収容間〓7内にガスケツト
8を嵌め入れ、ドラム缶等容器の天板1に連設せ
られた水平断面多角形状の裾部11と、これの上
縁より水平に伸びるように連なつた環状段部12
と、これの内縁より傾斜面部14を介して立上が
り状に連なつた円筒口部13とによつて構成され
たフランジ固定部10の傾斜面部14に、ガスケ
ツト収容間〓7内に上から入り込む平面よりみて
円形の下向き環状突部16を設けて、フランジ固
定部10の内側に、上記ガスケツト8付フランジ
2を下から圧入し、このフランジ2の筒部4の上
端部4aを円筒口部13の上端部13aに巻き止
め、傾斜面部14の下向き環状突部16をガスケ
ツト収容間〓に上から入り込ませて、下向き環状
突部16によりガスケツト8を押え付けるととも
に、環状突部6外周下縁の角部に対応する環状段
部12と傾斜面部14との間の部分を、該角部に
沿うように上から押圧して屈曲せしめ、屈曲部P
において天板素材の弾発復元力により、環状段部
12の外周縁内面を鍔3の外周縁部の上面に、傾
斜面部14の下縁内面を環状突部6の上端部にそ
れぞれ密着せしめることを特徴とするドラム缶等
容器の圧入形フランジの装着方法。
1. The flange 2 with the gasket 8 is press-fitted into the inside of the flange fixing part 10 from below, and the upper end 4a of the cylindrical part 4 of the flange 2 is inserted into the cylindrical mouth part 13. Wrap it around the upper end 13a, insert the downward annular protrusion 16 of the inclined surface part 14 into the gasket housing space from above, and press down the gasket 8 with the downward annular protrusion 16. The part between the annular step part 12 and the inclined surface part 14 corresponding to the corner part is pressed from above along the corner part to bend it, and the bent part P is bent.
The elastic restoring force of the top plate material allows the inner surface of the outer peripheral edge of the annular stepped portion 12 to be brought into close contact with the upper surface of the outer peripheral edge of the collar 3, and the inner surface of the lower edge of the inclined surface portion 14 to be brought into close contact with the upper end of the annular protrusion 6, respectively.
