〔従来の技術〕
液体貯蔵用に用いられるタンクでは、そのマンホール部

〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
前者の漏洩防止構造では,パッキン材(4)の材質劣化
やボルト・ナットの締付け不良等から、そのパッキン部
より漏洩する事故が多く起きている.又、後者の漏洩防
止構造では、マンホール蓋(3)を外してマンホール部
Xを開放する場合、火器を使用して閉止板(l1)を除
去しなければならず、火器使用可能なまでにタンク(1
)内を清浄した後の作業となる等、工期が掛り、且つ作

〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
そのため本発明のマンホール部漏洩防止装置は、従来の
漏洩防止構造のうち、前者のような漏洩防止構造をダブ
ルパッキン構造に改良するものである.即ち,マンホー
ル部のコーミング端部のフランジ部とマンホール蓋の接
触面にパッキン材を介装せしめた液体貯蔵タンクのマン
ホール部漏洩防止装置において,該マンホール蓋に、コ
ーミング内に挿入される筒状の内部ネックを設けると共
に、該コーミング内周に,内部ネック先端部が当接され
るネック受けを固定せしめてそこに更に内部パッキン材
を取付け、ダブルパッキン構造としたことを基本的特徴
としている.
又、第2発明は、上記のダブルパッキン構造を採用した
上に、筒状の内部ネックの内周面に内部蓋を固着せしめ
て、貯蔵時液圧によって該内部蓋を変形させ,この変形
により内部ネック先端部に変位を生ゼしぬ,前記ネック
受けの内部パッキン材に対するシール押付力を増大せし
めるようにし、ダブルパッキン構造のシール効果をより

ット締めすることで、閉塞せしめられている.
更に上記マンホール蓋(3)に、ちょうどコーミング(
2)の内径よりやや小さい径を有する円筒状の内部ネッ
ク(5)が設けられている.一方コーミング(2)内周
面に、該内部ネック(5)先端部が当接される断面L字
型の円環状ネック受け(6)が固定されており、更に該
ネック受け(6)には内部ネック(5)先端部当接部分
に内部パッキン材(7)が取付けられている.
又内部ネック(5)の内周面マンホール蓋(3)寄りに
は、該内部ネック(5)の内径と同じ径を有する円盤状
の内部蓋(8)が固着せしめられている.以上の様な構
造を有する本実施例の漏洩防止装置では、マンホール蓋
(3)がマンホール部Xのフランジ部(2a)にボルト
・ナット締めされることで、第2図に示されるように、
内部ネック(5)が矢視A方向に移動し、その先端部が
内部パッキン材(7)を介してネック受け(6)に押付
けられることになる。そのため、前記コーミング(2)
端部のフランジ部(2a)にパッキン材(4)を介して
マンホール蓋(3)が押付けられる構成と共に、ダブル
