Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、背もたれの前面に設けられる凹所か
ら、ベルト留め金部材がばね力に抗して使用位置
へ動かされる、自動車の後部座席に付属する不必
要なベルト留め金部材を収容する装置に関する。
従来の技術 凹所が背もたれクツシヨンに形成されているこ
のような装置は、ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開
第3128571号明細書から公知である。この収容の
やり方では、充分なすわり心地を得るために、常
に複数の互いに離れた凹所を設け、良好な外観を
得るためこれら凹所の緑範囲をきわめて慎重に縁
どりせねばならないため、背もたれの製造にかな
りの超過費用を必要とする。
発明の目的 本発明の課題は、ベルト留め金とそのつどの着
座者との良好な対応の可能性を維持しながら、背
もたれの製造の際あまり超過作業を必要とするこ
となく容易に製造可能な収容可能性を提供するこ
とである。
目的を達するための手段 したがつて自動車の後部座席に付属する最初に
あげた種類の不必要なベルト留め金部材を収容す
る装置が提案され、本発明によれば、凹所が背も
たれから外方へ揺動可能なひじかけの側面のみに
設けられて、隣接する背もたれ壁と共にポケツト
を形成し、このポケツトの底範囲がそらせ面とし
て構成されて、背もたれから外方へのひじかけの
外方揺動の際、そこに収容されているベルト留め
金部材がその使用置へ移行せしめられる。
こうして凹所は比較的小さくて容易に取扱い可
能な部分に集中しており、ひじかけの側面にある
凹所はいずれにせよ存在する隣接の背もたれ壁と
共にポケツトを形成する。
本発明の好ましい実施例では、ベルト留め金部
材がベルトバツクルとして構成され、段性手段に
よりポケツトの底範囲の方へ動かされる。したが
つてベルトを外してひじかけを戻すように揺動す
る、付属するベルトバツクルの収納位置への自動
的な移行が行なわれる。
実施例 本発明の実施例を図面により以下に説明する。
概略的にのみ示した自動車の後部座席１は背も
たれ２をもち、この背もたれ２からひじかけ３が
外方へ揺動可能である。このひじかけ３は、図示
した実施例では、それぞれひじかけ３の側面５に
設けられた凹所４をもつている。それぞれ対応す
る背もたれ壁６と共に各凹所４はポケツト７を形
成し、このポケツトの底範囲８（第１図）はそら
せ面として構成されている。
各ポケツト７はベルトバツクルの形のベルト留
め金部材９を収容するのに役だつ。このベルト留
め金部材９は、詳細には示してない弾性手段１０
を介して底範囲８の方へ引張られるので、ひじか
け３が内方へ揺動された位置で、各ベルト留め金
部材９は第１図に示す位置をとる。
ひじかけ３が第２図に示す使用位置へ移行せし
められると、凹所４のそらせ面として構成された
底範囲８により、ベルト留め金部材９は側方へそ
らされて第２図からわかるように凹所４の横へ来
る。この準備位置で各ベルトバツクルは、ベルト
締め過程の終りに対応する図示しない舌片に容易
に連結可能である。
ひじかけ３を内方へ揺動させて安全ベルトが収
納されると、ベルト留め金部材９はひじかけ３の
小さい揺動運動後既に再び凹所３へ引込まれ、そ
れからさらに連行される。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は自動車の後部座席に付属して２つのベ
ルトバツクルを側方凹所へ収容する内方揺動状態
にあるひじかけの斜視図、第２図は外方揺動状態
にあつて準備位置へ移行したベルトバツクルをも
つ第１図のひじかけの斜視図である。 １…自動車の後部座席、２…背もたれ、３…ひ
じかけ、４…凹所、５…側面、６…背もたれ壁、
７…ポケツト、８…底範囲、９…ベルト留め金部
材、１０…段性手段。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 背もたれの前面に設けられる凹所から、ベル
    ト留め金部材がばね力に抗して使用位置へ動かさ
    れるものにおいて、凹所４が背もたれ２から外方
    へ揺動可能なひじかけ３の側面５のみに設けられ
    て、隣接する背もたれ壁６と共にポケツト７を形
    成し、このポケツト７の底範囲８がそらせ面とし
    て構成されて、背もたれ２から外方へのひじかけ
    ３の外方揺動の際、そこに収容されているベルト
    留め金部材９がその使用位置へ移行せしめられる
    ことを特徴とする、自動車の後部座席に付属する
    不必要なベルト留め金部材を収容する装置。 ２ ベルト留め金部材９がベルトバツクルとして
    構成され、弾性手段１０によりポケツト７の底範
    囲８の方へ動かされることを特徴とする、特許請
    求の範囲第１項に記載の装置。
