By pressing the wadding material from the skin material side with a heated pressing mold or welder mold having a surface, the wading material is partially depressed to form an uneven pattern on the surface side.

Furthermore, since it is necessary to sufficiently adhere the skin material by deeply clamping the wading material during press molding of the uneven pattern, it is impossible to use a wading material that is too thick. Therefore, this trim cover cannot be formed with a large uneven pattern that bulges out.
The appearance is poor and the soft feeling upon contact cannot be formed to a satisfactory level.

る。 That is, in the method for manufacturing a seat trim cover according to the present invention, a hot-melt foam adhesive is applied or impregnated onto the wading material or the skin material, and the skin material is superimposed on the wadding material via the foam adhesive. The wading material is partially depressed from the skin material side using a pressure roll to form an uneven pattern on the surface side, and the convex parts of the uneven pattern are expanded and molded by increasing the wall thickness with foam adhesive. has been done.

It is practiced to form a concavo-convex pattern by adding a concavo-convex pattern. Along with forming this uneven pattern, the wading material 1
By increasing the wall thickness 2' by the foamed adhesive 2 interposed between the surface material 3 and the surface material 3, the convex portions having the concavo-convex pattern are formed to be large.

The adhesive 2 is applied to the surface of the wading material 1 using a flow coater or the like, and can be formed to increase the amount of convex portions in the uneven pattern as described later. As the wading material 1, a backing material 5 such as a net cloth can be laminated in advance on the back side, and this backing material 5 can be laminated while being drawn out from the back side of the wadding material 1 in the same manner as the skin material. You can also do it. The pressure roll 4 is the second
As shown in Figures a and b, blade-shaped protrusions 4a are provided on the roll circumferential surface according to a pattern of uneven shapes, and as shown in Figures a and b, a plurality of protrusions 4 are provided.
It is possible to use a material in which a concave-convex pattern is formed by partially recessing the wading material 1 by planting b on the roll surface. In addition to adhering the skin material 3 and shaping the uneven pattern at the same time,
After bonding the wading material 1 to the wading material 1, an uneven pattern can be formed separately. In this case, after the skin material 3 is bonded to the wading material 1 using a pressure roll 4 shown in FIG. 1, a pattern may be formed using, for example, a compression roll in which a plurality of discs are coaxially fixed at regular intervals.

At the same time, the foam adhesive 2 can be foamed. Alternatively, the skin material 3 can be laminated to the wadding material 1 using the pressure roll 4 and an uneven pattern formed thereon, and then the material can be foamed by feeding it into a heating furnace.
Furthermore, heat treatment can be performed to initiate foaming at the stage of applying the foaming adhesive 2 or after application and before bonding the skin material 3. Including this case, when a hot melt resin is foamed and applied, the skin material 3 is bonded and an uneven pattern is formed before the adhesive 2 foams and hardens.

It is also possible to perform foaming.

can be joined to the backing material 5 by pressing it near the back side of the wading material 1. As the pressure is applied, a portion of the foamed adhesive 2 present at the shaped portion of the recess can be moved toward the convex portion. As shown in FIG. 5, in the convex portion of the uneven pattern, in addition to the thickness of the wading material 1, the foam adhesive 2 increases the wall thickness by 2', resulting in a larger bulge than that caused by the thickness of the wadding material 1 alone. It becomes possible to form a cushion part with high elasticity.
