- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 機台にスローアウエイ形チツプをそのすくい
面が外方に向くようにセツト自在なチツプホルダ
を設けると共に、該機台の横側部に砥石駆動軸を
該チツプホルダにセツトされるチツプの研摩すべ
き刃先の稜線と平行になるように設け、該砥石駆
動軸に取付けたクランクアームに、チツプの刃先
に圧接自在な砥石を有する揺動アームを枢着した
ことを特徴とするスローアウエイ形チツプの刃先
ホーニング装置。 ２ 前記クランクアームに対する前記揺動アーム
の枢着位置を該クランクアームの長手方向に調整
自在としたことを特徴とする請求項１記載のスロ
ーアウエイ形チツプの刃先ホーニング装置。 ３ 前記チツプホルダをスローアウエイ形チツプ
のすくい面に垂直なインデツクス軸を中心に旋回
自在とすると共に、該チツプホルダを所定の位相
に位置決めする位置決め部材を設け、更に前記砥
石駆動軸と該チツプホルダとの一方を他方に対し
該砥石駆動軸とチツプの刃先との距離が一定にな
るように移動自在としたことを特徴とする請求項
１又は２に記載のスローアウエイ形チツプの刃先
ホーニング装置。
