Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 原料融液を保持するルツボを炉体内に設け
、このルツボ内の融液から単結晶を育成する引上
機構と、ルツボ内壁および育成中の単結晶の間に
同軸に配置された円筒状のフロー管とを備えた半
導体単結晶育成装置において、 前記炉体の上部に炉体内に覗くための窓部を設
けるとともに、前記フロー管の周壁部に開口部を
形成し、この開口部および前記窓部を通して炉体
外からルツボ内壁面と融液表面との境界部を観察
可能としたことを特徴とする半導体単結晶育成装
置。 (2) 前記フロー管の開口部を耐熱材製の透明板
で塞いだことを特徴とする第１項記載の半導体単
結晶育成装置。
