Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半導体製造用酸化拡散炉タイプの熱処理炉
において、 (a) ガス導入管の一部に設けられるガス加熱
室と、 (b) 該ガス加熱室の温度を制御する制御装置
と、 (c) 前記ガス導入管を介して加熱されたガス
が導入される熱処理室とを設け、 (d) 該熱処理室の壁、開閉用扉及びガス加熱
室の壁を内壁と外壁からなる二重構造にするとと
もに、該内壁と外壁の間は真空状態に保つように
してなる熱処理炉。 (2) 請求項１記載の熱処理炉において、真空に
保たれている内壁の面を鏡面としたことを特徴と
する熱処理炉。
