Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 予め定められた明暗縞模様を上記被検査物に照
    射する明暗模様投影手段と、 該明暗模様投影手段により上記被検査物表面に
    写し出された明暗模様の像を光の強弱レベル信号
    として撮像する撮像手段と、 上記撮像手段が出力する上記光の強弱レベル信
    号を所定の基準値と比較することにより撮像され
    た明暗縞模様を２値信号の明暗縞模様とし、この
    ２値信号の明暗縞模様の画像を記憶する画像記憶
    手段と、 上記画像記憶手段に記憶された記憶画像の明暗
    縞模様の縞方向を検出する縞方向検出手段と、 上記記憶画像を、上記縞方向検出手段で検出さ
    れた縞方向に所定距離だけ移動して、参照画像を
    形成する参照画像形成手段と、 上記記憶画像と上記参照画像とを重ね合わせ、
    両画像の明暗縞模様の排他的論理和である重ね合
    わせ画像を算出する重ね合わせ手段と、 該重ね合わせ画像の明暗模様から被検査物の表
    面平滑度を判定する表面平滑度判定手段と を備えたことを特徴とする表面平滑度自動検査
    装置。
