Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザの発振状態をモニターするための
光検出器を半導体レーザ素子の後方出射面に対向
した位置に配置したモニター光検出器内蔵型半導
体レーザ装置において、前記半導体レーザ素子の
後方出射面とモニター光検出器との間にレーザ・
ビームを導波する光学的媒体を配置したことを特
徴とするモニター光検出器内蔵型半導体レーザ装
置。
