Claims (1)
- 一方にガス吸入口を有するケーシング、同ケー
シング内の羽根車をその先端部に有し同ケーシン
グの前記ガス吸入口とは反対側を貫通してその外
部へ伸延している回転軸、および同回転軸を前記
ケーシングの外部で支承する２個の軸受を備えた
遠心圧縮機において、前記回転軸の前記羽根車取
付位置よりさらに先端部に設けられた電磁軸受、
同回転軸の同電磁軸受取付位置よりさらに先端部
に設けられた軸変位検出器、および前記電磁軸受
へ供給される電流を前記軸変位検出器によつて検
出された変位信号によつて制御する制御装置を具
備したことを特徴とする遠心圧縮機。
