Claims (1)
- 安定した出力光を被測定物に与える光発生手段
と、該光発生手段から被測定物に与える光を遮断
する遮光手段と、被測定物からの光を検出する手
段と、検出された出力を調整する出力調整手段と
、上記遮光手段を制御して一定周期で遮光させ、
遮光時の検出出力に基づいて上記出力調整手段を
制御する制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする光
測定装置。
