すブロツク図である。 １１：マイクロコンピユータ、１２：ベクター
発生器、１３：駆動回路、１４，１５：ガルバノ
メータ、１６，１７：ミラー、１８：光源、２２
：ターゲツト、２３，２４：光センサ、２５，２
６：光電変換素子。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 指示位置を示す指示データにより光ビームをそ
    の指示位置に照射する光走査装置において、上記
    光ビームの指示可能な予め決められた位置に光が
    照射されるとこれを検出する光センサと、周期的
    に上記光センサ付近を光ビームにて走査させる試
    験手段と、その試験手段による走査時に上記光セ
    ンサから光を検出した時点における光ビームに対
    する指示データと光センサの位置とのずれを検出
    してそのずれに応じて指示データを補正する補正
    手段とを具備する光走査装置。
