Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 軸受台１９に固定され、先端内部に中吹き穴ｃ
１２を持ち、この中吹き穴ｃ１２にガスボンベ１
８からのホース１４が接続された固定軸７、この
固定軸７に設けられたスライド可能なストツパ１
５、 内部に中吹き穴ａ９を持ち、上記固定軸７の先
端に設けられた軸８を支点として回動可能な状態
で上記固定軸７に滑合された可動軸５、 この可動軸５の先端に設けられ、ガスを噴出さ
せるための小穴に上記中吹き穴ａ９が接続された
中吹きチヤンバー６、 上記軸受台１９に設けられたアクチユエータを
駆動することにより、上記軸８を支点として上記
可動軸５を回動させる回動手段、 を備え、 上記中吹きチヤンバー６、可動軸５、固定軸７
を一直線上に位置決めしてタンク１の配管口から
順次挿入して行き、タンク胴方向を横方向とした
場合、横方向の挿入位置の位置決めを上記ストツ
パ１５で行い、上記可動軸５を回動させて上記中
吹きチヤンバー６の縦方向の位置決めを行い、同
時に上記ガスボンベ１８から上記中吹きチヤンバ
ー６に開けられた小穴までのガスの通路を貫通さ
せ、溶接時に上記中吹きチヤンバー６から上記タ
ンク１裏面へガスを噴出し、溶接が終了した時点
で上記可動軸５を回動させて上記中吹きチヤンバ
ー６、可動軸５、固定軸７を一直線上に位置決め
し、上記タンク１の配管口から取り出すことを特
徴とするガス吹き付け治具。
