は従来例を説明するための図、第４図ａ及びｂは
従来装置における蛍光板３の開閉のタイミング及
びシヤツター５の開閉のタイミングを示す図であ
る。 １：電子顕微鏡筐体、２：投影レンズ、３：電
子顕微鏡像観察用蛍光板、４：電子顕微鏡像記録
媒体、５：シヤツター、１０：センサー、１１：
プロセツサ、１２：駆動機構。

Claims (1)
- 電子顕微鏡像を投影するための蛍光板と、投影
レンズのクロスオーバー点の近傍において電子線
通路に挿脱可能に配置されたシヤツターと、電子
顕微鏡像を記録するため前記蛍光板の下方に配置
される電子顕微鏡像記録媒体を備えた電子顕微鏡
における撮影装置において、前記シヤツターに電
子線を検出して電気信号に変換するセンサーが取
り付けられており、該取り付け位置は電子線遮断
時における前記シヤツターへの電子線照射位置と
なつており、前記センサーの検出信号に基づいて
前記像記録媒体への電子線露光時間を演算する演
算手段と、該演算手段の出力信号に基づいて前記
シヤツターの開放時間を制御する手段を設けたこ
とを特徴とする電子顕微鏡における撮影装置。
