外周部において分離され、各アパチユアの周囲に
シーラントを有する本考案の他の実施態様によつ
て組立てられた電池の部分断面を示す側面図、ま
た第４図は内側カバーが直立側壁と底部を有し２
個のアパチユアを備えた密封ガスケツトから成る
本考案の更に他の実施態様によつて組立てられた
電池の部分断面を示す側面図である。 ２，３１，４６，５９…電池容器、４，３３，
５１，５７…負極、６，３２，５０，５６…正極
、８，３４，５２，５８…セパレータ、５４…セ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 容器と、カバー組立体と、シールガスケツト
    とを含み、前記の容器は、底部、側壁及び開放端
    部を有し、この容器と電気接触した第１電極、第
    ２電極、これら極間に配置されたセパレータ、及
    び前記第１電極及び前記第２電極とイオン接触し
    た電解質を収容し、前記カバー組立体は、前記容
    器の開放端部に配置され、前記第２電極と電気接
    触し、また前記シールガスケツトは、前記容器側
    壁と前記カバー組立体との間に圧縮配置されるよ
    うにした密封電池において、前記カバー組立体は
    、電解質を前記容器の中に分与する少なくとも１
    つのアパチユアを備えた内側カバーと、前記ガス
    ケツトと前記容器との内部に固着された外側導電
    性カバーとからなる二部材カバーシール構造を含
    む密封電池。 ２ 内側カバーは１つのアパチユアを備える実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項による密封電池。 ３ 内側カバーと外側カバーの間に、前記内側カ
    バーの少なくとも１つのアパチユアをまたぐシー
    ラントが配置される実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項による密封電池。 ４ 前記内側カバーと、前記外側カバーの外周部
    の間にセパレータ部材が配置される実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項による密封電池。 ５ 導電性タブが内側カバーに固着され、一方の
    電池電極まで延びてこれと電気接触する実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項による密封電池。 ６ 前記の電池はロール形電極構造を有する実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項による密封電池。 ７ 第１電極は二酸化マンガンを含み、第２電極
    はリチウムを含み、電解質は有機溶媒を主成分と
    する電解質である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    または第６項による密封電池。
