ロータ軸、８ａ，８ｂはライニング材、Ａ，Ｂは
駆動モジユールである。

Claims (1)
- 剛性の高い固定リングと、周方向に沿い振動自
在な状態で固定リングの内周面に嵌入されたねじ
り振動リングと、印加電圧の変化により周方向に
沿い伸縮してねじり振動リングを周方向に沿い振
動させる圧電部品と、ねじり振動リングの内周面
に嵌入されるとともに半径方向に沿い印加した電
圧値を変化させることにより半径方向に沿い伸縮
するリング状圧電素子と、リング状圧電素子の内
周面に嵌入されるとともに半径方向に沿い弾性変
形する呼吸振動リングと、呼吸振動リングの半径
方向に沿う弾性変形量よりも小さなギヤツプを介
して振動リングに挿入されたロータ軸とを有する
ことを特徴とする圧電型回転駆動装置。
