Claims (1)
- 剛性の高い固定リングと、半径方向に沿い弾性
変形するとともに固定リングの内周側に隙間をあ
けて同心状に配置された振動リングと、振動リン
グを間にして対向状態で対となつて固定リングと
振動リングとの間に配置されるとともに印加電圧
の変化により半径方向に沿い伸縮する複数対の圧
電部品と、半径方向に沿う振動リングの弾性変形
量よりも小さなギヤツプを介して振動リングに挿
入されたロータ軸とを有することを特徴とする圧
電型回転駆動装置。
