- 温度センサと加熱・冷却手段を備えたフローセ
ル部と、外気温を検出する温度センサと、フロー
セル部の温度が外気温検出用温度センサの検出温
度又はその温度から予め設定された温度だけ高温
もしくは低温になるように調節する調節部とを備
えたフローセル装置。
