Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ (a) 分与オリフイスを備えた上方突出端部
    を有する液体収容容器と、 (b) 外側へ突出した注出口と、内外面に固定
    装置を備えた外周壁部と、こぼれた液体を前記液
    体収容容器に戻すドレン手段とを有し、前記容器
    端部上に取付けられる遷移部鍔と、 (c) 蓋としても役立つ計量カツプであつて、
    この計量カツプは開口端に唇部を有し、またこの
    開口を包囲するその外面上に固定装置が形成され
    、前記固定装置は前記遷移部鍔上の固定装置と協
    働して、計量カツプをその逆転状態で前記遷移部
    鍔の上に取付けるようにした計量カツプと、 を含む液体製品の注出および計量パツケージ。 ２ 前記計量カツプを前記取付部材の上に固定す
    るための固定装置はねじ山を含む実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載のパツケージ。 ３ 計量カツプの外面上に形成された前記の固定
    装置は前記ねじ山の前記唇部から反対側の側面に
    隣接して配置された外向き肩部を含み、前記肩部
    は、前記計量カツプが逆転状態で前記遷移部鍔の
    上に固定されたときに前記鍔の前記外周壁部の上
    面と接触する密封面をなすようにした実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第２項記載のパツケージ。 ４ 前記計量カツプを取外ずすために回転させる
    ときに遷移部鍔と前記容器との間の相対運動に抵
    抗するインターロツク装置によつて、遷移部鍔が
    端部上に搭載されるようにした実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第２項記載のパツケージ。 ５ 前記インターロツク装置は前記遷移部鍔上に
    形成されたロツク歯を含み、これらのロツク歯は
    、前記容器端部上に対向形成されたロツク歯と協
    働し噛み合うようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第４項記載のパツケージ。 ６ 前記計量カツプの唇部はこのカツプの滴下防
    止唇部として形成される実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載のパツケージ。 ７ 前記計量カツプの唇部は、前記カツプの滴下
    防止唇部として形成され、前記カツプが逆転状態
    で前記遷移部鍔の上に固定されるときに、前記鍔
    の前記外周壁部上の固定装置に隣接した環状内壁
    面に対して密封当接するようにした実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のパツケージ。 ８ 前記容器は、この容器を握るための保持装置
    を形成され、また前記ドレン装置は前記遷移部鍔
    の中を横断し通気／ドレン穴に向かつて傾斜した
    横方向仕切を含み、この通気／ドレン穴は前記容
    器を握るための前記保持装置に対して大体に放射
    方向に整列されまた隣接している実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載のパツケージ。 ９ 前記容器を握るための保持装置は一体的に形
    成されたハンドルである実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第８項記載のパツケージ。 １０ 前記計量カツプを前記遷移部鍔に対して組
    立てる際にパツケージ内部を通気するために前記
    パツケージ上に備えられた装置とを含む実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載のパツケージ。 １１ 前記通気装置は前記計量カツプの外側面の
    前記固定装置を通して成形された少なくとも１本
    の通気みぞを含む実用新案登録請求の範囲第１０
    項記載のパツケージ。
