Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 外装体内に設けられる加熱室と、 加熱室内の被加熱物を加熱する加熱手段と、 加熱室外から加熱室内の温度を検知する第１温
度検知手段と、 外装体内の外装体壁面近傍に設けられ外気温を
検知する第２温度検知手段と、 外装体内で発生する熱の第２温度検知手段への
伝導を遮断する遮断手段と、 第２温度検知手段により検出された外気温に基
いて、予め記憶された補正情報で第１温度検知手
段の検知した温度を補正し、補正した温度により
加熱手段を制御する制御手段と からなることを特徴とする加熱調理装置。
