Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ケーシング内に設けたピストンの作動位置
    を感知して発光する発光部を有するセンサが設け
    られたアクチユエータであつて、前記ケーシング
    に、ピストンの移動方向を向く孔６，２１を穿設
    するとともに、内部にセンサ８，９を設け、前記
    ケーシングの２方向以上の表面に亘つて開口する
    とともに前記孔６，２１を横切る溝部５を設け、
    この溝５に反射部１２を有する光透過性部材１０
    を埋設し、前記センサ８，９より発光した光線が
    、この光透過性部材１０内に設けた反射部１２に
    よつて反射され、ケーシングの２方向以上の外方
    から視認可能としたことを特徴とするアクチユエ
    ータ。 (2) 前記反射部１２が光透過性部材１０に設け
    た円錐孔１１である請求項１記載のアクチユエー
    タ。 (3) 前記反射部１２が光透過性部材１０に設け
    た微小凹凸部１３である請求項１記載のアクチユ
    エータ。
