Claims (1)
- 流入口と流出口の間に弁口を設けるとともに該
弁口に対応する弁体を備えた弁本体に、空気圧に
より作動部が進退駆動される空圧式のアクチユエ
ータを、取付部材を介して取り付け、前記作動部
に前記弁体を連結して該弁体を前記弁口に接離さ
せることにより流体の流通を制御するようにした
流体制御弁において、前記取付部材を耐熱性樹脂
材料で形成したことを特徴とする流体制御弁。
