[発明が解決しようとする課題]
上記従来技術において、生細胞を収納する容器としては

用されていた。この穴あけ加工をした部分にカバーグラ
ス6を貼り付け、その内側に生細胞2を付着させる。こ
の方法では上方よりレーザ光4を照射する場合、付着性
の細胞にしか適用できず、浮遊性の細胞には適用するこ
