It is necessary that the However, since the culture solution has low transmittance to ultraviolet light, the cells are attached to a cover glass such as a quartz plate and a laser is irradiated through the plate. The culture cell used in this case has the configuration shown in FIG. 5, which is a longitudinal cross-sectional view, and FIG. 6, which is a cross-sectional view thereof. As shown in the figure, this cell culture cell 1 is provided with an opening 3 in addition to a culture solution inlet 2 for injecting a culture solution into the cell, and living cells 4 are planted in advance in this opening 3. A cover glass 5 is provided via a rubber packing 6. In use, the culture cell 1 is raised, the culture solution 7 is filled into the cell 1 through the culture solution inlet 2, and the culture solution inlet 2 is plugged with a stopper 8. This is placed under a microscope 9 as shown in the figure, and a laser beam 10 focused on the culture cell 1 by the microscope 9 is irradiated onto the cover glass 5, that is, the living cells.

These air bubbles accumulate in the lower part of the glass. In this case, some of the living cells attached to the cover glass dry and die. The present invention relates to the improvement of this cell culture cell,
The purpose is to keep living cells alive.

It can be irradiated. Note that the present invention is also effective when used only for microscopic observation of living cells.

It has a bubble reservoir 11.
Therefore, after injecting a culture solution into the culture cell 1 and then plugging the culture solution inlet with a stopper 8, the air bubbles present in the culture cell 1 are placed in the bubble reservoir 11, and other parts, especially the cover glass 5, are placed. Air bubbles located on the back side can be avoided.
