    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部が高真空に保たれた筺体と、該筺体内に置
    かれたエミツタと、該エミツタに対向して置かれ
    た微小な電子線通過孔を有する陽極と、一端に前
    記エミツタを支持し、かつ他端は前記筺体を遊嵌
    して外部に取出された電気絶縁体と、該電気絶縁
    体の中間部を前記筺体に気密を保つた状態で取付
    けるための可撓性部材と、該可撓性部材を中心に
    して前記エミツタ先端を傾動させるように前記電
    気絶縁体の大気側を押圧するための駆動手段とか
    らなる電界放出型電子銃における傾斜機構。
