- 可撓性の長尺膜状圧電体１の一面に信号検出側
膜状電極２を設け、当該圧電体１の他面に、信号
検出側膜状電極２より大きなアース側膜状電極３
を設け、この各電極２，３の表面にこれらを被い
密閉する保護膜４を接合すると共に、信号検出側
膜状電極２を内側に、アース側膜状電極３を外側
にして幅方向に折り曲げてなる長尺膜状圧電素子
。
