    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 可撓性の長尺膜状圧電体の両面に膜状電極を設
    け、これらの電極にリード線を接続してなる単層
    形の長尺膜状圧電素子または当接素子を2枚以上
    添着した積層形の長尺膜状圧電素子を弾性絶縁薄
    板に2枚以上並べあるいは交差させて配設せしめ
    てなる位置検知センサ。
