Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 所定間隔で実質的に平行に配置された多数の波
    状金属板から成り、 熱媒体用の気体と塗装乾燥炉内に循環すべき乾
    燥用の気体とを、それぞれ前記金属板間間隙に通
    風し、該乾燥用気体を熱風とするための塗装乾燥
    炉用熱交換器において、 熱媒体用気体の通風路となる金属板間間隙と、
    乾燥用気体の通風路となる金属板間間隙とは、交
    互に位置して、両気体の混合が防止されていると
    ともに、 熱媒体用気体と乾燥用気体とは、水平交叉とな
    る様に前記金属板間間隙に導入され、 前記乾燥用気体の通風路となる金属板間間隙は
    、入口から出口までの間において、金属板の波状
    内壁によつて妨げられないストレートな空間を含
    む様に構成され、該金属板は、乾燥用気体の通風
    方向が水平面に対して一定の傾斜角度を有する様
    に配置されており、 多数の洗浄液供給ノズルを前記ストレートな空
    間に向けて列状に備えた洗浄器が、乾燥用気体の
    通風方向の入口側或いは出口側の何れか高位置と
    なる側に配置され、且つ該洗浄器は、乾燥用気体
    の通路となる金属板間間隙の全面に亘つて移動可
    能に設けられていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
