- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ダイスの透孔内に上パンチと下パンチとを嵌め
込んで、一方の面に凹所が形成された圧粉体を成
形する粉末成形装置において、 前記上パンチを、前記圧粉体の他方の面の、前
記凹所に対応する部位を形成する第１上パンチ体
と、前記部位以外の圧粉体の他方の面を形成する
第２上パンチ体とに分割し、前記第１上パンチ体
を、前記圧粉体の凹所を形成する下パンチの突起
部より大きく設定したことを特徴とする粉末成形
装置。
