Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ピストンロツドに、シリンダ形アクチユエータ
による直線往復動と揺動形アクチユエータによる
回転揺動とを複合した運動をさせる複合アクチユ
エータにおいて、 上記ピストンロツドの一端側に形設した大径部
に、軸線方向の凹部を設け、 該凹部にバツフアを設置するとともに、該バツ
フアとピストンロツドとを相対往復動及び一体回
動可能に連結し、 上記大径部を、アクチユエータに同心に配設し
たリニアボールガイドところがり軸受とで支承し
た、 ことを特徴とするバツフア付き複合アクチユエ
ータ。
