Claims (1)
- 陽極基板と、該陽極基板に封着され真空容器を
形成するカバーガラスと、前記真空容器内に電子
を放出するフイラメントと、電子を加速制御する
グリツドと、電子の衝突により蛍光体を発光させ
て所定の文字、記号を表示させる陽極と、該陽極
と前記フイラメントと前記グリツドを動作させる
ＩＣとを有する蛍光表示管において、ＩＣベアー
チツプがリードを有するパツケージに収容されて
いるＩＣを真空容器内に配置し、かつ前記リード
が前記陽極基板上に設けられたパツドに接続して
いることを特徴とする蛍光表示管。
