- 蛍光体層を有する表示部と該表示部を動作させ
る駆動回路とカバー同一真空外囲器内に形成され
る構造を有する蛍光表示管において、前記駆動回
路を構成する半導体素子のダイボンドが外部リー
ドと一体形成された金属支持体上で行なわれた構
造を特徴とする蛍光表示管。
