- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 混成集積回路基板を内蔵する混成集積回路装置
のリードフレームにおいて、 (a) 下面端子部と、 (b) 該下面端子部から立ち上がり、縦に長い切
り抜き穴を具備した弾性を有する湾曲部と、 (c) 該湾曲部に連設され、かつ外部端子と接合
する上面端子部と、 (d) 該上面端子部と連設され、かつ外部端子側
の端部にＵ字形状をなす突起部とを設け、 (e) 前記切り抜き穴に橋渡し部を設けるように
したことを特徴とする混成集積回路装置のリード
