度収束する結像用レンズと、複数のセンサ素子が
列状に設けられている受光面で光を受光し光を受
けたセンサ素子からのみ信号を出力させこれをセ
ンサ出力とするイメージセンサと、上記結像用レ
ンズから出た収束光を屈折させて上記イメージセ
ンサの受光面に投光し光学像を結像させる反射鏡
と、この光学像がイメージセンサのセンサ素子列
を横切るように反射鏡を首振り駆動する反射鏡駆
動手段と、1サイクルの反射鏡の首振り中でイメ
ージセンサからの最大出力を選択記憶し出力する
信号回路と、この信号出力回路の出力信号により
孔径を表示する表示回路を備えたことを特徴とす
