Claims (1)
- 内部空室を形成されたケーシング１、ゴム状弾
性材をもつて薄肉に成形され、外周の被保持部３
、前記被保持部３の内方に連なる可撓部４及び前
記可撓部４の内方に連なる被結合部５を備え、前
記被保持部３を前記ケーシング１に結合されて前
記ケーシング１の内部空室を分割するダイアフラ
ム２及び略皿形状を呈して前記被結合部５の両側
に添着されるリテーナ６を有し、前記被結合部５
に対設する前記リテーナ６の圧接面を粗い面に形
成されているアクチユエータ。
