Claims (1)
- 主同軸線路と、この主同軸線路の中心導体に一
端短絡で他端開放とした中心導体の開放端側の先
端を対向させた複数の副同軸線路とが一体成形さ
れ、かつ前記主同軸線路に対向する前記各副同軸
線路の中心導体の断面積が前記主同軸線路の中心
導体の断面積に対して大きいのもおよび小さいも
のを少なくとも一個づつ備えたことを特徴とする
同軸型等化器。
