Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 窒素よりも酸素を選択的に透過させることがで
    きる選択性酸素透過膜を有する膜モジユール１と
    、この膜モジユールに大気を透過させて酸素濃縮
    空気を取り出すための真空ポンプ２とを包含する
    酸素濃縮器において、この真空ポンプから出てく
    る酸素濃縮空気を大気により希釈するための希釈
    ポンプ１５を、真空ポンプ２の出口ラインに接続
    して設けたことを特徴とする酸素濃縮器。
