Claims (1)
- 窒素よりも酸素の透過速度の大きな選択性酸素
透過膜よりなる酸素濃縮膜モジユールと、大気を
前記酸素濃縮膜モジユールを介して吸引透過する
ことにより酸素濃縮空気を得るように設けられた
吸引ポンプと、前記酸素濃縮膜モジユールと前記
吸引ポンプとをつなぐ管路の開閉を行なわせる手
段として設けられ、かつ前記吸引ポンプ起動時に
は閉の状態となるよう設けられたバルブと、前記
バルブと前記吸引ポンプとをつなぐ管路に設けら
れ、前記吸引ポンプが起動後所定の真空度に到達
した時動作し前記バルブを閉の状態から開の状態
となるよう作動させるための圧力スイツチとを備
えた酸素濃縮器。
