Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 断面がスリツト状のシート状物の通路と、
該通路に連通して配された互いに内圧力の異なる
少なくとも二つの室と、該両室間に圧力差を発生
させる圧力差発生手段と、該圧力差を維持しつつ
前記シート状物を前記通路を経て前記両室間に搬
送する搬送手段と、を備えた連続差圧設備のシー
ト搬送装置において、 前記搬送手段は、前記通路を経て前記処理室間
に配された無端状の搬送ベルトと、該ベルトを前
記シート状物に接触させつつ略同速度で駆動する
ためのベルト駆動手段とを備えていると共に、少
なくとも前記搬送ベルトのシート状物側は、前記
シート状物の表面と前記通路内壁面とが一定の隙
間を有するように配されていることを特徴とする
連続差圧設備のシート搬送装置。 (2) 無端状の搬送ベルトは、前記通路の内壁面
に接触していることを特徴とする請求項(1)記載
の連続差圧設備のシート搬送装置。
