Claims (1)
- 餅米を収容するホツパーと、該ホツパーの内底
部に設けた餅つき用の羽根と、その閉成時にホツ
パー上部開口を密閉する蓋と、ホツパー内へ供給
する蒸気を発生させるボイラと、該ボイラで発生
した蒸気をホツパー上方より供給する給気路と、
該給気路からの給気に伴いホツパー底部より排出
される蒸気を外部へ導く排気路と、該排気路の排
気口部に設けられ排気の量または圧力を調節する
調節手段とを備えたことを特徴とする餅つき機。
