Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 封管拡散法で半導体ウエーハに不純物を拡散す
る際に使用する拡散源を収容する治具において、 本体、端板及び天板によつて形成される密閉容
器内の長さ方向に所定の間隔で仕切りを持ち、拡
散源を収容できる複数の室を形成するとともに、
各室に対応して少なくとも１つの開口部を、半導
体ウエーハに直接接しない本体側面に有すること
を特徴とする封管拡散用治具。
