器、3〜18……ビツト電流出力部、19……信
号処理部、20……電流源、22……ローパスフ
イルタ、23……出力部、3……ビツト電流源
、R1〜R4……抵抗、VR1……半固定抵抗、
C1……カツプリングコンデンサ、Q1〜Q6…
…トランジスタ、1……演算増幅器。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数ビツトの各出力段が、出力端子に印加され
    るバイアス電圧と、入力するデジタル信号のそれ
    ぞれ対応するビツトの値に応じて所定の2値間で
    変化するよう内部で形成される形成電圧信号との
    電圧比較に基づき、前記出力端子を経由する各ビ
    ツトの出力電流のスイツチングを行なうダイオー
    ドスイツチにより構成された電流出力型のD/A
    変換器と、 前記D/A変換器の出力端子を流れる電流を電
    圧に変換する電流/電圧変換器とからなり、 前記電流/電圧変換器は、前記D/A変換器の
    出力端子に常時所要の前記バイアス電圧を付与す
    るバイアス付与手段を備えたことを特徴とするD
    /A変換回路。
