- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 受光した画像を光電変換することで画像情報を
得る固体撮像素子と、 この固体撮像素子の光電変換電荷を排出駆動し
た後に読出駆動する駆動回路と、 この駆動回路の排出駆動タイミングと読出駆動
タイミングとを上記画像情報の輝度成分に応じて
設定し両タイミング間の実効光電変換期間を制御
する制御回路と、 を備えた固体撮像装置に於いて、 入射光量が増大するに従つて光透過率の減少す
る調光ガラスからなる調光フイルタを上記固体撮
像素子に照射される光の光路中に配したことを特
徴とする固体撮像装置。
