- 真空ポンプから落下した油滴を受け止める油滴
落下防止板を備えた真空用排気装置において、前
記油滴落下防止板を所定角度傾けて設置するとと
もに、この油滴落下防止板の下流側の端部に排油
口を設けたことを特徴とする真空排気装置。
