ツク図である。 １…光源、２Ｎ及び２Ｆ…受光器、３Ｎ及び３
Ｆ…増幅器、４…演算器、Ｗ…検水、Ｘ…ＳＳ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 検水中に光線を投射する光源と、検水中の浮遊
    物で散乱された光を受光するよう、前記光源から
    の距離が異なる２点に設置した２系の受光器と、
    各受光信号を増幅する２系の増幅器と、両増幅器
    の出力を受け、散乱光比較方式の所定の演算を行
    う演算器とを備え、演算式分母側の入力がある一
    定値以下か否かを判定し、一定値以下の時はその
    一定値あるいはその点から勾配が変わる一次式の
    関数を用いて演算を行うようにしたことを特徴と
    する浮遊物濃度測定装置。
