Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 検水中に光線を投射する光源と、検水中の浮遊
    物で散乱された光を受光するよう、前記光源から
    の距離が異なる２点に設置した２系の受光器と、
    各受光信号を各々増幅する２系の増幅器と、両増
    幅器の出力を受け、散乱光比較方式の所定の演算
    を行う演算器と、演算式分母側信号系の増幅器の
    入力に微少なバイアス信号を付与するバイアス回
    路とを備えたことを特徴とする浮遊物濃度測定装
    置。
